On Love

I believe Love will always be at the fundamental of the human being, and I dare to say all living and conscious thing.

Romantic love, passionate love, forbidden love, teenage love, the love of longstanding married couple, the love of sisters and brothers, the love for the child, the love for the parent, the love of a friend, the love of a role model, all love.

It is what has always brought humans together, and it has been what humans have been inspired by.

Our arts, our books, our poems, our achievements, our relationships, our ambitions, our dreams, are all inspired by love.

And I believe the most important kind of love is self love.

A love that enables life without fear. Without fear of failure, without fear of judgement, without fear of disappointment, and pain, and sadness, without fear of death.

A love that encourages humbleness and humility, honesty and vulnerability, compassion and empathy.

A love that encourages us to serve, to help one another, to strive to always better oneself for the better of the loved ones.

A love that feeds our yearning to do what we do in the service of something larger than ourselves.

A love that inspires us to create, to imagine, to dream, to reach the impossible.

All of life is lived on a spectrum of love. From love and freedom, to hate and fear.

I believe the greatest personal challenge of our lives, the greatest purpose, the most epic journey, is the one that leads us to extend unconditional love to all of life.

For us to love life itself, love all natural things surrounding us, and love all living beings, without conditions.

“The condition for love is love without conditions”.

All is self, and that shall my maxim be.

“Some day, after we have mastered the winds,
the waves, the tides, and gravity
we shall harness the energies of love.
Then, for a second time in the history of the world
man will have discovered fire.”
Teilhard de Chardin
